Personalize your online sports experience here. Follow these instructions and then follow your teams and players on game day in real-time!

Use the forms below to modify your favorite teams and players. Move the teams and players to the form fields on the far right then click the button at the bottom of the page to update your favorite teams and players.

1. To add a team, select which league the team is in then highlight that team name. Click on the 'Add team' button to move the team the 'Selected teams' area.

2. To remove a team, select which team you would like to remove from the 'Selected teams' area then click on the 'Remove team' button.

3. Adding and removing players can be done in a similar manner. Note: you can jump to a certain option in a list by selecting any option in that list then clicking the first letter of that option on your keyboard.
