MUNICH (AP) - Bayern Munich says striker Ivica Olic likely will be out of action for six weeks after sustaining a calf injury on international duty with Croatia.

The club said Monday that team doctors found a ruptured muscle fiber in the 30-year-old forward's right calf.

Olic was injured during training with Croatia on Friday. That put him out of Wednesday's World Cup qualifier against Kazakhstan, and the player returned to Munich.

Bayern's attack already is weakened by injuries to wingers Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.
