Russia to send team to ease visa process
MOSCOW (AP) - Russia will send a team of consular officials to Britain to issue visas for soccer fans wanting to attend the all-English Champions League final in Moscow.
The aim is to make sure all ticket holders get to the May 21 match, foreign ministry official Andrei Krivtsov said Sunday.Champions League

Premier League clubs Chelsea and Manchester United will play in Moscow's Luzhniki stadium.
Concerns have been high that there wouldn't be enough time for fans to make their way through Russia's notoriously laborious visa application procedures.
The consular staffers will work with travel agencies that are accredited with fan clubs. Krivtsov did not say when they would head for Britain.
