MEXICO CITY, Mexico (AP) - Necaxa drew 0-0 with Atlas on Sunday and advanced to the Mexican Clausura "liguilla" playoffs, joining San Luis who claimed the other berth through the league's repechage.

Necaxa and Atlas finished their two-leg series tied 1-1 on aggregate but Necaxa advanced due to its better regular-season record.

That also was the tiebreaker for San Luis, which despite a 2-1 loss to Pachuca on Saturday, finished 2-2 on aggregate.

The results pit Necaxa against Santos and San Luis against Toluca in the quarterfinals while Chivas will face Monterrey and Cruz Azul will take on Jaguares.

Jaguares will host the first leg against Cruz Azul on Wednesday, which also will have Monterrey vs. Chivas and Toluca against San Luis. Necaxa will host the first leg against Santos on Thursday.

Diego Colotto headed the ball off the crossbar in the 86th minute, missing Atlas' best chance. Earlier, Bruno Marioni put a header off the crossbar in the 35th minute.

Necaxa had its best moment at the start when Hugo Rodallega advanced on goal unchallenged, but had his shot blocked by goalkeeper Jorge Bava in the ninth minute.

Atlas' Danilo Vergne also missed wide from close range in the 72nd minute, and another Colotto header in the 81st was thwarted by a reaction save by goalkeeper Omar Ortiz.
