Canseco, who is in Fort Worth playing independent baseball for the Fort Worth Cats, had the polygraph test administered by Skip Ensley from Dallas Polygraph Services and according to Ensley, Canseco passed the exam.
"There was no deception indicated. One of the cleanest I've seen, been doing this since 1982. It's a pleasure to clear someone of false allegations," Ensley told Myfox4dfw.com.
Canseco has not been charged with anything regarding the case. Following the polygraph, Canseco once again took to Twitter to proclaim his innocence and call out his accuser.
