After suffering devastating losses two weeks in a row, Cole Seely has finally claimed his first win of the 2014 Monster Energy Supercross season.

Seely grabbed the holeshot over rookie Cooper Webb and went on to lead all 15 laps en route to his fourth career 250SX victory.

Super Saturday always brings out some of the best cars during Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, and this year was no different.

Not only did the cars bring about a lot of attention, but they also brought out the big bidders sitting in the audience.

Ken Roczen’s last visit to Anaheim, Calif. ended in triumph with the rookie taking his first career 450SX victory. Fast forward two weeks and it’s Roczen on top once again – this time in qualifying.

The Red Bull KTM rider led both timed practices at Angel Stadium with his quickest lap of 51.232 coming in the second and final session. A pair of Champions – Ryan Villopoto (second) and James Stewart (third) – trailed Roczen by less than one-tenth of a second.

Cars: Military Cessna And Truck Bring In One Million Dollars For Armed Forces Foundation

There was high drama to open the action Saturday at the 43rd annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Collector Car auction, as a Cessna scout plane and a military truck raised $1 million for the Armed Forces Foundation.

AFF President Patricia Driscoll delivered an impassioned introduction about the charity’s work and the bidding quickly hit $750,000 before the hammer fell. Other auction attendees contributed an additional $250,000 bringing the total raised to $1 million.

Nani Roma won the Dakar Rally after an anticlimactic 13th and final stage during which team orders guaranteed the Spaniard would finish first on Saturday.

Stephane Peterhansel, the Dakar’s record 11-time winner and defending champion, began the race’s shortest stage of 157 kilometers with a 26-seconds lead but the Frenchman slowed down and even stopped to let teammate Roma roll first to Valparaiso.
