James Stewart made his return to the top step of the podium in Detroit with a vintage ride in which he led 19 of 20 laps and tied Ricky Carmichael for second on the all-time wins list at 48. Unfortunately for Stewart and the rest of the 450SX Class field, Ryan Villopoto had a strong night as well in second and continues to sit atop the Power Rankings this week.
