Virgin Racing made the Formula 1 record books in 2012 when it became the first F1 car to be developed using computational fluid dynamics.

With Formula E being a major step with regards to technical innovation, it was no surprise to see Virgin catch onto the bandwagon, being one of ten teams fielding two cars during the series’ inaugural season.

Hahn still smiling; thanks fans for support after SuperCross crash

While running third during his heat race in last weekend’s 450cc Monster Energy AMA SuperCross action in St. Louis’ Edward Jones Dome, Wil Hahn suffered a crash which knocked him unconscious.

He was taken to Barnes Jewish Hospital where he was diagnosed with a broken right humorous as well as neck and shoulder contusions and is expected to miss several weeks.

Alonso demoted to gas station attendant after rift at Maranello

Due to unforseen circumstances, two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso will be pumping gas at Marenello rather than racing at Bahrain this weekend.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso will be pumping gas at Maranello rather than racing at Bahrain this weekend.

Many of the drivers have expressed their displeasure with the new turbo-era of Formula 1. However, instead of talking about it, Fernando Alonso has taken action about it, and says he refuses to step into the F1 paddock again “until the sound problem is fixed”

Alonso planned on competing in the 2014 Ferrari Challenge for the rest of the season, but unfortunately finds himself out of a ride after Giancarlo Fissichella signed a contract securing the final spot in the field yesterday. The only job left at Maranello was gas station attendant.
