Jenson Button will start his 250th Grand Prix in Bahrain this weekend, and later this year he will move into third place on the all-time starts list, behind only Rubens Barrichello and Michael Schumacher.

Reflecting on his latest achievement today, Button said he couldn’t believe how fast it had come around.

Felipe Massa says that the Malaysian GP team orders saga was “a mistake” by Williams – and insists that the team supports his opinion.

Massa insists that it had not been discussed in advance.

Bahrain is planning tight security for this weekend’s Formula One race.

“The plans will be implemented based on our studies and the experience gained during the events of previous years,” said the Sakhir circuit’s head of security, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.
