Reigning MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez will miss the Sepang 2 preseason test after suffering a broken leg during a dirt track training session Wednesday.
Marquez was immediately transferred to Quiron Dexeus University Hospital in Barcelona where he was treated for a spiral fracture of the distal third of his right fibula. He will not need surgery and is expected to be fully recovered for the season-opening race in Qatar on March 23.
