Pair of Terrapins taken in NFL draft

The Maryland draft contingent for 2015 consists of Darius Kilgo and Stefon Diggs.

The 6-foot-3, 319-pound Kilgo started every game at nose tackle last season for the Terrapins and made eight tackles for loss. He finished tied with for the Big Ten lead with four fumbles recovered. He was chosen in the sixth round by the Denver Broncos.

Diggs, a 6-foot, 190-pound receiver, was second in the Big Ten in receptions per game (6.2) and fourth in receiving yards per game (79.2) last season and had four 100-yard receiving games.

The Vikings chose Diggs in the fifth round with the No. 146th overall pick.
