2024 NBA playoff odds: Jayson Tatum, Nikola Jokic favored for ECF, WCF, Finals MVP

The NBA postseason is well underway, and fans are diving into the MVP betting markets.

Currently, Boston's Jayson Tatum is the betting favorite to be named Finals MVP at +185. 

Tatum is also at the top of the oddsboard to be named Eastern Conference Finals MVP at -125. His teammate Jaylen Brown is sitting third at +650. 

In the West, Denver's Nikola Jokic is the favorite to be named Western Conference Finals MVP at +115.
