Kings' Belinelli leads Italy past Michigan State -- really

If you're unaware of the current practice slate for the Michigan State Spartans, this headline might have caught you by surprise. But that's no typo; one of the newest members of the Sacramento Kings, Marco Belinelli, was part of an Italian national team that took on Tom Izzo's team during a four-game European swing by the Spartans.

The NCAA season doesn't tip off for another few months still, but Michigan State is already getting into shape against the likes of teams from national teams from Russia and Georgia as well as the aforementioned Italian squad. And in a 90-69 victory by Italy, Belinelli went off to, totaling 25 points including 5-for-6 shooting on 3-pointers. And he did it in just 24 minutes on the floor.
