The NBA news cycle has reached the slowest point of the offseason, so it's time for more lists and rankings that spark debate.

The Atlanta Hawks recently picked the best player to wear each jersey number and put them together in a gallery. Some choices -- Paul Millsap over Spud Webb for No. 4, for example -- are controversial, while others -- Dominique Wilkins for No. 21 -- are obvious.

Here are some of the notable Hawks on the list:

No. 2 -- Joe Johnson

No. 9 -- Bob Pettit

No. 14 -- Lenny Wilkens

No. 15 -- Al Horford

No. 21 -- Dominique Wilkins

No. 25 -- Doc Rivers

No. 42 -- Kevin Willis

No. 44 -- Pete Maravich

No. 55 -- Dikembe Mutombo
