WATCH: Grizzlies' Conley misses free throw from wheelchair

On a trip to China, while representing the NBA, Memphis Grizziles guard Mike Conley had a busy schedule. Included was a trip to the men's and women's wheelchair basketball teams of Beijing.

Much to the delight of the fans, Conley joined a dribble battle, a free-throw competition and various other activities. All were documented in great detail on the NBA.com website and on the Memphis Grizzlies Twitter account. Conley, too, seemed to appreciate all of the fun he was having. After the events were completed, he posted a photo to his personal Instagram.

The caption read: "It was truly an honor to spend some time w/ some remarkable athletes but even better people. RESPECT."

With all of the great moments from the day that Conley could have highlighted, however, he chose one rather peculiar area of focus: missing a free throw.

All set up for epic proportions, with the slow-motion capabilities enabled and all, Conley's Instagram video (attached below) shows him just missing a shot from the charity stripe. His caption? "Almost!"
