Carson Palmer ranks in top half of best quarterbacks in NFL

Andy Benoit of MMQB has ranked all 32 NFL quarterbacks in the NFL and to the surprise of many he has Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer in the top half of his ranking, coming in at No. 14.
Some notable names on the list that are ranked lower than Palmer include Colin Kaepernick, Cam Newton, Andy Dalton and Jay Cutler. Benoit had this to say about Palmer.
Could be lethal in Year 3 under Bruce Arians, especially given the personnel improvements around him.
The Cardinals started 6-0 last season before Palmer went down with an injury. If Palmer can stay healthy and with the new additions on the offensive line, this ranking could become very accurate. Palmer has a lot of weapons at his disposal this year and could wind up putting up huge number for the Cardinals.
