Dolphins at Jets live stream: How to watch online

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 6:40 p.m. ET

The New York Jets will host the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night in Week 15. Here is how to watch this AFC East rivalry game online.

Week 15 of the 2016 NFL season will feature the first Saturday night game of the year. A pair of AFC East division rivals will clash on Saturday, Dec. 17, when the New York Jets (4-9) will host the Miami Dolphins (8-5). Kickoff from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford will be at 8:25 p.m. ET. The NFL Network will have the telecast. The available live stream can be found on NFL.com.

Miami is battling for an AFC Wild Card spot this season. The Dolphins have been much improved under first-year head coach Adam Gase. However, the Dolphins will be without starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill for probably the season after he suffered a knee injury in Week 14’s win over the Arizona Cardinals. Veteran backup quarterback Matt Moore will be getting the start.

New York is a mess in the AFC East. The Jets are 4-9 after beating the lousy San Francisco 49ers in overtime in Week 14. New York will trot out Bryce Petty as its starting quarterback. Petty has shown that he can make some big time throws, but may never progress beyond a simple offense at the NFL level. Will we see his backup Christian Hackenburg at some point this season?

According to OddsShark.com, the Jets will be getting 2.5 points at home from the visiting Dolphins. The associated moneylines are Miami -135 and New York +115. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 38 points.

This line would be higher if Tannehill was starting for Miami. However, Moore is a reliable backup and Gase should be able to put him in advantageous situations to succeed on Saturday night against a disinterested Jets secondary.
