Forget Winston and Mariota: Connor Cook and Sean Mannion may be best QBs in draft

It's never too early to talk NFL draft.

Fox Sports College Football analyst Joel Klatt talks SEC bias, a scenario where no SEC teams make the College Football Playoff, and why QBs Connor Cook and Sean Mannion belong in the same breath as Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston when it comes to the NFL Draft.

"Guys like Mannion and Cook, very mature they run pro-style offense...they understand how to read coverages while dropping back," Klatt said.
