Entering Year 4 under Jeff Fisher and GM Les Snead, the Rams are once again the youngest team in the NFL -- this time for the fourth straight season.

With an average age of 24.94, it is the youngest roster under Fisher.

Of players on the 53-man roster, 11 are rookies.

Core defensive pieces such as Robert Quinn (25), Aaron Donald (24), Michael Brockers (24), T.J. McDonald (24), Janoris Jenkins (26), James Laurinaitis (28), Alec Ogletree (23) have yet to reach their potential or are entering their prime.

Even the offense boasts some young talent in Tre Mason (22), Todd Gurley (21), Nick Foles (26), Brian Quick (26) and Tavon Austin (24), among others.

Whether this young squad can turn in its most successful season yet in 2015 is one the Rams are hoping for.
