Houston Texans running back Alfred Blue overcame an early fumble to post his best game in nearly two months in Houston's 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Blue was stripped of the ball by Indianapolis safety Mike Adams late in the first quarter, leading to a Colts' touchdown on the ensuing possession. But he responded by running for 107 yards on 20 carries in the victory, highlighted by a 41-yard run in the second quarter.

Via the Houston Chronicle:

“You’ve got to put bad plays behind you and move on to the next play,” Blue said. “Nobody’s perfect. In football, things will happen. You have to train yourself to put it behind you and make up for it.”

It was the Blue's second 100-yard game of the season and his first since the team's 19-9 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sept. 27 when he ran for 139 yards and a touchdown.

Blue, who didn't have a carry last week as he dealt with a back injury, has run for a team-high 551 yards this season.
