An early third-quarter fake double-reverse pass went off without a hitch for St. Louis in its loss to the Redskins on Sunday -- right up until the refs got involved.

Rams quarterback Nick Foles connected on a 40-yard touchdown strike to wide receiver Kenny Britt. But the catch wasn't even the most memorable moment. Check out the official trying to make a taunting call -- and taking a spill -- after the TD.
