NHLers remain hard at work at #CAMP Day 3

No matter how old you are, summer camp always sounds like a lot of fun, but for the NHL players at BioSteel camp, this week of camp is also full of hard work.

The latest video out of camp plays host to some humor from Washington's Michael Latta and Tom Wilson, offers great footage of some epic workouts and of course features a bit of on-ice action.

The camp serves a dual purpose; it helps NHLers prepare for the upcoming season while also serving as an advertisement for the BioSteel supplement drinks and sports bars. The product is free of any performance-enhancing substitutes and ensures that professional athletes can use any of the products without having to worry about accidentally consuming a banned substance.

BioSteel camp is hugely popular among NHL stars. Day Three's video features Tyler Seguin, Josh Ho-Sang, Latta, Wilson, Devante Smith-Pelly, Malcolm Subban, Michael Del Zotto and many more of the league's best and brightest talents.

The only negative of having all that talent on the ice is the destruction they wreak on a rink. A pane of glass was definitely harmed in the making of this video.
