There are zero "elite" fantasy baseball starting pitchers throwing twice this week (IMO, obviously), but that doesn't mean that there isn't some solid top tier talent on the docket. Also, this group of arms is loaded with bargains, just make sure you pick the right ones.

Lester has already faced both of his Week 10 opponents this season. 1) May 27th against Philly: 6.1 IP, 1 ER, and 7 Ks; 2) April 29th against the Braves: 7 IP, 1 ER, and 10 Ks. Also, Atlanta leads all of baseball with 161 strikeouts against southpaws this season.
Carlos Carrasco, CLE ( @ SEA, @ LAA)
Cookie returned to action last Thursday, but only threw 78 pitches (he was told a max of 80). Carrasco will get two turns in the rotation for Week 10 during the Indians' West coast road trip. One stop will be in Anaheim to face the Angels. In his career, Carrasco is 1-0 with a 1.75 ERA in 25.2 innings of work at Angel Stadium.
Jacob deGrom, NYM (@ PIT, @ MIL)
After three-straight home starts, deGrom must take his talents on the road twice this week. One of those stops is in Milwaukee. The Mets' pitcher is 2-0 and has yet to allow an earned run in his two starts at Miller Park.
Potential bargains:
Colby Lewis, TEX (vs. HOU, @ SEA)
Believe it or not, Lewis is very successful against the Astros. In his career, Lewis is 10-1 with a 2.39 ERA in 94.1 innings of work. In fact, here was his stat line against Houston on May 20th: 7 IP, 0 ER, and 6 Ks. Lewis also faced the Mariners on April 11th: 6 IP, 1 ER, and 6 Ks.
Adam Conley, MIA (@ MIN, @ ARI)
It has been difficult to catch a reading on Conley this season. Just when you think you have him figured out, he walks seven and allowed six earned runs. However, two road starts this week might be a good thing. This year, Conley is 2-0 with a 2.93 ERA in six outings on the road.
Avoid at all costs:
James Shields, CWS (vs. WAS, vs. KC)
If the Padres don't want him, you probably don't want Shields either. After he allowed 10 earned runs to the Mariners last Tuesday, Shields was dealt to the White Sox. In Week 10, Shields will face Washington and Kansas City. Both of those teams have winning records and are towards the top of their divisions. I'll pass on Shields until he gets acclimated.
Pat Dean, MIN (vs. MIA, vs. BOS)
This southpaw will get two offenses who love to face lefties. Boston (.303 AVG) and Miami (.273 AVG) are both in the top four when it comes to team batting averages against left-handed pitchers.
