Published Oct. 3, 2016 4:15 p.m. ET

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Oct. 3, 2016) -- On Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m., FOX Sports Florida, the regional television home of the Florida Panthers, will officially welcome hockey season back to South Florida television sets with the premiere of the "Florida Panthers Season Preview."

The "Florida Panthers Season Preview" serves as the perfect primer for Panthers fans as the Cats prepare to begin a new season with an all-new set of goals and expectations. The Panthers spent the offseason bolstering their young core of Aaron Ekblad, Jonathan Huberdeau, Aleksander Barkov, Vincent Trocheck and Reilly Smith with blue-chip blue liners in defensemen Keith Yandle, Jason Demers and Mark Pysyk, and in less than 10 days, the new-look squad will don their new logos as they begin their pursuit of another Atlantic Division crown in 2016-17. Fans will want to tune in as FOX Sports Florida's Steve "Goldie" Goldstein, Denis Potvin and Randy Moller breakdown the challenges and opportunities that await the Cats this season, plus we're joined by President of Hockey Operations Dale Tallon for an in-depth, sit-down interview.

Join host Craig Minervini on FOX Sports Florida and FOX Sports GO as we debut the "Florida Panthers Season Preview," and be sure to follow @FOXPanthers on Twitter and visit FOXSportsFlorida.com for channel listings and exclusive Cats video coverage.
