'Inside the Lightning: Ryan Callahan' premieres March 11 on FOX Sports Sun

TAMPA, Fla. -- On Friday, March 11 at 10:30 p.m., FOX Sports Sun, the regional television home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, will debut a new episode of "Inside the Lightning" upon conclusion of the Tampa Bay vs. Philadelphia Flyers game. Titled "Ryan Callahan," this episode features the Lightning's Alternate Captain and 10-year NHL veteran. Callahan sat down with host Paul Kennedy and the FOX Sports Sun cameras at popular Tampa sports bar Hattricks for an in-depth conversation.

Be sure to watch as the show goes all-access with "Cally." Features include hearing about his childhood in Rochester, N.Y., an older brother that helped him become the scrappy player he is today, his journey to the NHL and why Ryan and his family chose to stay in Tampa Bay after the trade that sent the New York native from the Rangers to the Lightning.
