The Twins on Wednesday assigned right-handed relief pitcher and former Rule 5 draft pick J.R. Graham to Triple-A Rochester.

Graham was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the fourth round of the 2011 draft out of Santa Clara University. He was 19-12 with a 3.37 ERA in 312 1/3 minor-league innings before last season.

The Twins also optioned left-handed pitcher Taylor Rogers to Rochester and reassigned left-handed pitcher Buddy Boshers, catcher Carlos Paulino and infielders Buck Britton and Wilfredo Tovar to minor-league camp.
