WATCH: The Local 9 returns

The Local 9 returns to FOX Sports Arizona on Sunday June 26, as Todd Walsh sits down with Matt Williams, Tyler Clippard, Phil Gosselin and Nick Ahmed for a wide-ranging discussion of life in Arizona away from the ballpark.

D-backs fans have known Williams for years, but now we learn that the World Series champion, five-time All-Star and current third-base coach spends most of his time off the field at his home -- which happens to be one of the coolest houses in all of Phoenix.

Clippard is new to the Valley as a first-year Diamondback, but he's quickly found himself some favorite local haunts, including one such establishment where he'll often ask for something on his pancakes that we've never heard of (and frankly, we're on the fence about).

Gosselin is another first-year resident, and he lets on how he lives in a teammate's house . . . and pays rent in cash.

Ahmed is a bargain-priced major-league shortstop, but we're not sure that explains some of the clothes he chooses to wear. (Hint: we're talking loose change, not paper dollars).

The show debuts immediately following Sunday's Diamondbacks-Rockies game, at approximately 4 p.m. Be sure to tune in then as Walsh digs deeper into the lives of the Diamondbacks.
