Diehard Novak Djokovic fan Melissa Cook has pleaded for the return of a sweaty shirt the world No. 1 tossed to her after his epic Australian Open victory.

Instead, the 14-year-old stood in stunned shock as the shirt tossed her way by the tennis champion was snatched by a woman standing nearby. The moment was captured on video and went viral.
"I started crying because I couldn't believe that something I truly believe he meant for me was taken by someone else," the tearful teen told the Herald Sun.
"I had been yelling out to him the whole match and he had looked up and acknowledged me and then at the end he came straight over to my direction and threw the shirt up."
Djokovic described his epic five-set triumph over world No. 2 Rafael Nadal as the greatest victory of his career.
