Field trip number two with Butch Jones takes us right back down here to the second -- coach and you're all about appearance this. That's certainly the case as you step off the elevator and -- There's different stadium and all glory from the NC state game. Well you know everything is is a great selling point and everything is creating the vision and an image. It's all about first impressions. In with recruiting and everyone comes in touch with your football program. But it's also creating that pride factor you know amongst your players and everything that we represented obviously it is very special to our football program on that. Not all you see as you walk here. Through the hallways you see big east logos you see Cincinnati Bearcats those tributes to the big east championships and as you head into your team room you see even the doors are decorated. Where everything is about team concept in his display and that passion. That effort that's associated family environment they know comes in Cincinnati Bearcats. When -- room we you can put -- five players can give -- -- -- our football laboratory and that's about going team room so come on and we'll take a look sounds good. Coach you stepped in in the enormity of the whole place. Is it a 105 guys these seats are big enough whether it's a punter or offensive line. Where they're very large seats but it's more than a 105 and also has to house our coaches. -- -- support staff for all of our team meetings and then we're also able divide your room up and offense and defense to do segment meetings as well. This again as -- football laboratory in this is where -- teach. And how we come together as team talk about our philosophy and upcoming opponent so this this room has used on a daily basis quite frequently. Coach when you look at the walls when you got here it was cinder block city. Not so much anymore you can tee program goals excuse schedule and -- you got to perform well what's everything about a consistent message. You know never -- our players term we want them to be reminded of the Cincinnati standard. Of what it takes. You know why do you come here to be -- bearcats and all the different things some academics to winning championships. And also you know to be able to reflect on the past games. And now so you know putting the picture up on while it's a big deal -- players so this is your team's laboratory company unit it. A little bit but I you know the other great thing as you know we've spent all this time talk about her peer intervention programs. And our leadership seminars and this is where they'll take place right here. Our coach sounds good let's take a walk on the whole team where you guys watch film. -- -- We stepped into the exact personality linebacker room this is where the linebackers watch film. It's dedicated to a 1989 team captain is another room coach that was pretty much going to Losman got there. Oh it was all white walls and again it's creating a pride and understanding great past and tradition that we have here at university since Anderson. And obviously his in which goes up here along with the other greats that have played here -- becomes a source of pride. You know we want our players by position understanding great players that come through this program over a 123 years of playing football here. On some of the great guys who sit here in the future you see. A guy like Jack and then you have under revels in JK Schaffer in between and I imagine young man is a sin is and Sunday they hope to be on the walls. Well that's exactly right and obviously Troy Evans as well comes back and that is a big part of our football program but when your youngster.
