The first one is all about money the revenue split. -- players get 57% of the revenues it's about 2.2 billion dollars and the owners want to get back 700 million. The players have gone up to let's say 500 there are differences but they're moving it seems the second issue involved guaranteed contracts. There about four years on average today the owners want -- reduced to about one they wanted to make it look more like football then today's baseball situation. And finally the possibility of a franchise tag on a major player imagine the difference in the landscape if LeBron James. -- franchised tagged by the Cleveland Cavaliers the world would be different. Well what's the good stuff that's happening today well the NBA looks at that ten year NFL agreement it says we wanna be like them especially the nine billion dollars generated as a consequence of that. And they just signed a four year 250 million dollar deal. Would spread to deal with the future about a fifteen to 20% increase to the NBA. Acts like they're open for business.
