Welcome coach speak proctor got Pizza -- make it great the Cowboys are coming off -- five they'll need their rest as the great play the Ravens in Baltimore. Had a chance to Skype with Dallas and coach Jason Garrett. Coach what let me ask a couple of things out the top. For what we're trying to do too in the bottle what what exactly is done by and it was -- good time but these past. Well you know the -- and changed you know the players four consecutive days off and -- on Monday night game. Players were off on Tuesday so we came in on Wednesday. And had. We went through the game for pretty. Went through the specifics of the game review against Chicago and went out on the field and where it is practiced against each other do some things we had to work on. A couple points of emphasis for us for getting into the ravens' preparation. -- we had a bonus there on Monday so we started our preparations for the Ravens. I'm just yesterday and you know it's always a good time that you -- teams around the league is a good time for buying. I think typically teams are banged up at any point this season and you're welcome the opportunity -- some guys some rest. And get some guys that we've got some guys banged up we had some guys miss Chicago game so those guys and healed up a little bit we'll be ready to practice tomorrow and get ready for the Ravens is. I -- my ball -- to want to practices last year my policy after tough loss. Is all pro form one -- more -- to war. It is exactly -- play a very good football team to show your team sure everybody else that you got hurt -- well. It is what it is good team on our schedule which is -- tremendous amount of respect for them. I know they're really really good in all three phases. You know there they're balanced. How -- they can throw the football and run the football they can make a lot of plays they have playmakers. Joseph Flacco is playing really well this is a real good feel for moving the ball score points on offense. I did a good job sliced through the game in Kansas City do what they need to do to win that came -- -- -- -- defense -- good for a long long time. They've got a really good job I'm dealing with a couple injuries they had going into this season seemed like the guys who replace them to step in. And don't really good job replace -- it looks like they're playing great defense and made. They're very good team on special teams as well so it's a great challenge for all of their players were the marquee teams in the league which is up to play our best to go we don't. Jason you have huge. -- and says that you played honestly a very critical position quarterback when you've got a quarterback. That's under. You know C should people want to come had questioners that you know how do you how do you help a guy that positions like. -- -- -- Aaron business law being what was it you think you could have given the fact that you have such experiences here. Or they're always try to do. Was already just -- perspective and not doing his job and only in his job he's a great competitor -- you know -- well. At different times this year really allowed us to win ball games and and what do you have to constantly battling all quarterbacks mostly an analyst. Trying to do too much themselves. And -- and we have to play them. We have to run the ball better we have to move the ball in different ways. Doesn't put so much pressure on him. And we've gotten into a situation. A couple of games this season where we got behind and she's. Because the trees snap penalties -- problems of -- runs and went yesterday to just continue to execute ball plays. And he understands that he's done -- very high level. Troubles in his career he's asked about the idea that hey I can do more to help this team now he's just doing his job. He understands that. His career lineup certainly Wilson the quarterback coach who played nineteen years in the trials. Here Zelaya. And I he would say that Kyle Orton as our back. Now Nadal also walked perspectives so notorious have to keep playing play aggressively but also do things not -- games. An owner of the things that the perfect turnovers and salute salute my. Place -- a lot of experience for him to have a resource to think that that's great for him. You know looking at tape the game and the -- -- got gas -- city with that extra zone play. Honorable insides and outs and two yards rushing yhency protect him last time Tsotsi run. On the Ravens to -- Kansas City did. DeMarco Murray is a pretty stress a home run that's a big part of his -- well certainly there's -- -- be some things she saw no workers. Yeah Kansas City did a great job ever persistent when the running game throughout. To little reason they can't run in this situation and it kept doing it and it was good for. And that they do a good job of staying with -- -- with a they had so -- runs and things that we're grateful but over time. I think he's a real good job staying persistent making positive plays they needed to go and control of that game keep the Ravens offense. On the sidelines much they can and so there's certainly some stuff there that we liked. I've seen certainly some some things that you say hey this can fit into what we like to do but at the same time it's just a matter of being persistent -- it. And it Rajon. You finally with Mercy Corps you have obviously no match for Tony's. He's so brilliant on the way he can -- play. That puts a lot of pressure on him as well in terms of things falling down around him talking to the second out. Ball security ball mechanics quarterback and stay alive here long pot. It's it's critical and I you know what it's one of the areas that we have to get better. His position really -- our football team is the turnover ratio one. You know we don't share a lot of statistics when our team we share that one. And it's something that's really really important correlation between turnover ratio. And and win or lose in this game it goes back a long long way you can look at all the statistics we share that weather team we try to make up point of emphasis. And apply as most of the guys on the ball on their hands and Tony has the ball in his hands and you know he's had in his hands for a number of years now as a starting quarterback in. He's got a great knack for -- you know make a lot of plays and also minimized the negative plays if you look at his. Tossed an interception ratio. And at different points -- and really pretty good and he just has to do it on every single play in and you said sometimes when you extend those plays to make plays. I'm you'll yourself opted to have some negative things happen in regards to the ball he has passed it. -- -- capability like he's shown in the past to make plays -- there don't don't make the negative plays. And force things when it's not there and he just has to do that he certainly has to do week in week out and definitely this week against the Ravens are awfully good to get the ball away. I'll be calling that game this Sunday at 1 PM eastern for fox. That's gonna do it for coach speak brought you buy Pizza -- make it great and have a great week.
