Welcome back -- how well we'll remember is much as Ernie loves the game of baseball on hanging out -- his media brethren here in the press box that now Bears his name. That's just heard he was a family man but the thing about Ernie was he treated everyone like family especially those that were fortunate enough to be a part of his baseball fan I think. Personally somehow or other if you are fortunate enough you do not let the microphone get between you and the listening. I think what happens to the listener with a -- are well broadcasting. Pitches if he is talking directly to the listener or to the view it. There's nothing in between sports is if you're sitting next to him in the ballpark. That's really where the love affair began -- Ernie and his fans and it has continued to this very day. I don't know that there's a nicer more sincere. More uplifting. Person. In the world and Ernie are well I mean he makes. Something positive. And uplift lifting out of every experience I've ever been around women they've ever seen him react to. And east touched every single person. In the end that he's ever come in contact with or that as listen to him in a positive fashion. Not so much. For me personally is you know that the fact that he was a Hall of Fame broadcaster I just got to know -- on a personal level and saw him over years. Might thirteen years in Detroit saw the way he treated people and never saw Ernie say one bad thing about anybody. That's remarkable. The other thing that I will never ever see probably ever get in the rest my life -- Curry's ability to remember everybody's name. I don't know how we did and I asked him he told me I still believe by I think you wrote it down and was it was on his hand every time but he just a phenomenal memory. I always just say one your round greatness like I used to do around Ted Williams. You say god speaking and in the hernia are always probably the most perfect person who was ever come this way through Michigan. Through tiger fans. He has probably been the most perfect man you can never you can never imagine. And now from me to Ernie this is special I've followed June in dead it's field. I followed Jews into the Hall of Fame. And I pray to god that I will measure up so I can follow you -- ahead because I know eventually. That's where you going to wind up.
