The younger set takes over I saw that when I was playing the tour and and you sign guys like Greg Norman and Tom Watson and even Jack Nicklaus and -- former start to move on and it. By the name of Phil Mickelson came along and -- -- another kid by Tiger Woods and now we've got Rory McIlroy you're always gonna have that new wave. Of young players come on but. -- respect for guys like Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson and Steve Stricker and Vijay Singh and Davis Love and 49 years old it's there and always will be. Like they'll fall what you're features during the broadcast -- what's it like to get to know the players and caddies on a different level well I've always. Taken a little different slant or of a different look at things and I know these players -- caddies so when I do my -- takes piece on Saturday. At the US open it's always been that kind of a tongue in cheek. Little bit of a different bit of fun and there are some players and caddies would love to do that stuff. They -- John Woods -- they're unbelievable and and Rickie Fowler always wants to be Minnesota's Bubba Watson. Haven't got tiger yet they got it still got to breakthrough that in the years to get to get tiger to loosen up. Mickelson was up Mickelson and his wife Amy were pregnant with their first child. And we Payne made the putt he won the opening grabbed -- by the face and he said Phil you're gonna win the best prize -- -- Come -- father. -- pretty -- because Payne was killed in a plane crash three months later and -- to kids Chelsea and Aaron were left without a father. And I say pretty close with Tracy and Chelsea and Aaron pains wife and two kids and they've just done great despite the fact that they lost upon so 1999 Payne Stewart minors that's my favorite memory.
