Rutgers guard Prince signs with agent

Rutgers guard Epiphanny Prince has signed with Wasserman Media Group to manage her career, effectively ending her college career. Prince, 21, had one season of eligibility left at Rutgers but is now looking to play professionally overseas according to published reports. "There's no turning back now," she told The New York Times. "If I have any second thoughts, it's too late." Prince plans to enter the WNBA draft in 2010. That league's rules require players to be 22, complete their college eligibility or graduate from college in order to be eligible for the draft. Prince averaged a team-high 19.5 points on 41.7 percent shooting from the field last season. She also averaged 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. Prince rose to national attention as a Murry Bergtraum senior when she scored 113 points in a high school game in New York City.
