Packers add Cheadle, Harris to practice squad

The Packers had a spot open on the practice squad after signing defensive tackle Jordan Miller and releasing offensive lineman Chris Scott and defensive end Drew Vanderlin on Tuesday.
Cheadle spent the preseason with Kansas City after signing as an undrafted rookie out of the University of California.
The 6-foot-3, 305-pound defensive tackle played in 47 games for the Golden Bears and was named honorable mention All-Pac-12 in 2011.
Harris spent five games of 2011 with the Jacksonville Jaguars, rushing for 42 yards on nine carries. Prior to being on the active roster, Harris spent 11 games on Jacksonville's practice squad.
The 5-foot-8, 203-pound back out of Troy University rushed for 2,635 yards and 27 touchdowns, while catching 79 passes for 553 yards and five touchdowns in his collegiate career.
