2024 NBA Western Conference odds: Nuggets favored to clinch No. 1 seed

The NBA regular season finale is on Sunday. And the Western Conference still has three teams — the Thunder, Nuggets and Timberwolves — all within one game of each other to take the top seed.

So who will take that first spot in the West?

As of Friday, Denver sits atop the standings at 56-24, while OKC and Minnesota are one game behind with 55–25 records.

Are the Denver Nuggets a lock for the NBA Finals?

After beating the Timberwolves on Wednesday, the Nuggets have an opportunity to clinch the conference by winning their remaining two games.

As of Friday, according to Tankathon.com, the Nuggets have the second-easiest remaining schedule, while OKC has the seventh-toughest and Minnesota has the 15th toughest.
