At least one goalie wants to stay in Buffalo. Anders Lindback, who was traded to Buffalo from Dallas in February, told The Buffalo News that he's hoping to return to Buffalo next season even though he will an unrestricted free agent this summer.

"This is a thing I do want to be a part of,” Lindback said to The Buffalo News. “You never want to be last overall in the standings, and I know that’s not going to be the case the next couple of years in this organization. I want to be somewhere I can get a chance, and I really, really like it here."

Lindback played in 16 games for the Sabres down the stretch and posted a .924 save percentage with a 2.76 goals against average. The 6-foot-6 goaltender struggled in Dallas, however, as he tallied a .875 save percentage in 10 games.
