Dealing with calf tightness
Robles was removed from Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Mets with right calf tightness, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact
Robles went 1-for-2 with a double before he was lifted from the matinee, and he was held out of the lineup for the nightcap. It remains to be seen if the 25-year-old is available for the final game of the regular season Wednesday.

Takes seat for Game 2
Robles is out of the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Mets, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact
Robles has been a lineup regular the past few weeks with Nelson Cruz (eye) banged up, but the outfielder will step out of the lineup for Tuesday's nightcap after he went 1-for-2 with a double during Game 1. Alex Call will man center field and bat seventh in Game 2.

Steals 15th base
Robles went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in a 6-1 win Sunday in Miami.
Impact
Robles bunted for a single in the fourth and stole second base and lined a single to right in the seventh. It was his 15th stolen base in 17 tries and just his second stolen base since Aug. 3. He's put together his best offensive month in September, compiling a .275/.295/.400 slash line in 14 games. Both his hits Sunday came against right-handed pitching, a noteworthy achievement for someone with a .193 batting average against righties this season.

Benefiting from Cruz's absence
Robles will start in center field and bat seventh in Wednesday's game against Atlanta.
Impact
Robles remains the primary beneficiary of Nelson Cruz (eye) having not played since Sept. 13, as the 25-year-old outfielder will be picking up his sixth consecutive start Wednesday. Over the previous five contests, Robles has gone 4-for-15 with a home run and three RBI.

Homers in win
Robles went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's win over Miami.
Impact
Robles launched a solo shot in the fourth inning of Saturday's contest. It was his fifth homer of the season and his first since July 30. The outfielder has seen limited time this month, but has performed well when he has seen game action. Robles is currently on a four-game hit streak where he has struck out just twice. He has gone 5-for-15 (.333) which has helped raise his season batting average to .227.

Gets third consecutive start
Robles will start in center field and bat leadoff in Sunday's game in San Diego.
Impact
Robles appeared to have lost the primary center field job to Lane Thomas a few days ago, but Yadiel Hernandez's (calf) move to the injured list Saturday should free up near-everyday roles in the outfield for both Robles and Thomas for the time being. After hitting ninth in both of the previous two contests while going 0-for-6 with a walk and a run, Robles will climb to the leadoff spot in the series finale.

Losing work to Lane Thomas
Robles is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cubs.
Impact
Robles will take a seat for the second time in three games and may be slipping behind Lane Thomas on the depth chart in center field. Washington previously had everyday spots in the outfield available for both players following the Aug. 2 deal that sent Juan Soto to San Diego, but hot-hitting rookie Joey Meneses has seemingly since seized hold of the top job in right field.

Resting Monday
Robles is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Cubs.
Impact
Robles tallied just two hits in 15 at-bats over the last four games he started, so manager Dave Martinez decided to hold him out Monday in favor of Lane Thomas. Robles has played regularly for most of the season, but he and Thomas appear to be splitting the work in center field at the moment, as each started four times in that spot over Washington's last eight games.
