Geno Smith - Listed as DNP on MondaySmith (elbow) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ImpactSmith was on the receiving end of a hard hit from Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald on Sunday that sent him to the sideline late in the third quarter through the Seahawks' final offensive possession, when he led the team into L.A. territory, only for Seattle kicker Jason Myers to miss a game-winning 55-yard field goal. Afterward, coach Pete Carroll told Boyle that Smith suffered a bruised elbow, but it was clarified Monday as a bruise to the tendon on the bottom of his triceps, as Carroll told Brady Henderson of ESPN.com. Carroll does expect Smith to be able to suit up Thursday against the 49ers, but he may not get any practice reps until Wednesday, at the earliest, Carroll told Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune. If Smith is unable to go, though, Drew Lock would handle QB duties for the Seahawks.

Coby Bryant - Designated to return from IRBryant (toe) was designated to return to practice from injured reserve Monday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ImpactThe nickel cornerback now has a 21-day window in which to practice before he needs to return to the active roster. Bryant would have to stay on injured reserve for the rest of the season if he's not activated. The second-year player recorded 11 tackles in two games before being sidelined with the toe injury.

Kenneth Walker III - DNP on Monday's practice estimateWalker (oblique) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's estimated injury report, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ImpactThis comes as no surprise after Walker was considered doubtful to return to Sunday's eventual loss at the Rams due to an oblique injury, which coach Pete Carroll called "legit" in the wake of the game, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. With a short week to prepare for Thursday's contest against the 49ers, he seems like a good bet to be unavailable Week 12, but Carroll said Monday that he doesn't consider Walker to be a candidate for injured reserve, per Schefter. Assuming Walker can't play Thursday, Zach Charbonnet is slated to lead the Seahawks backfield, with DeeJay Dallas, Kenny McIntosh and potentially practice-squad member Bryant Koback mixing in behind him.

Cooper Kupp - Has chance to miss no game actionCoach Sean McVay said Monday that Kupp (ankle) has a chance to play in Sunday's game at Arizona, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports.
ImpactKupp departed in the second quarter of this past Sunday's win against the Seahawks and eventually was diagnosed with a low right-ankle sprain. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported earlier Monday that Kupp was considered day-to-day, wording that was mimicked by McVay. There's a high likelihood that Kupp will operate with practice restrictions this week, with his listing on Friday's injury report telling for his potential to suit up Week 12.

An undermanned defense is somehow keeping the Rams in the playoff race

The Los Angeles Rams are only on the fringes of the NFC playoff race, and they would need a spectacular finish just to avoid their second straight losing season

Kenneth Walker III - Not currently an IR candidateCoach Pete Carroll noted Monday that the Seahawks don't consider Walker (oblique) to be an IR candidate at this time, but acknowledged that the team needs to learn more about the r...
ImpactGiven that Seahawks play Thursday night against the 49ers, Walker's Week 12 status is cloudy following his early departure from Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Rams. If he's unavailable versus San Francisco, Zach Charbonnet would be in line to lead the team's backfield, with DeeJay Dallas and Kenny McIntosh on hand to mix in.

Cooper Kupp - Considered day-to-dayKupp (ankle) is considered day-to-day, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ImpactKupp has a history of ankle issues, but this has to be considered good news in the grand scheme of things. He was injured early in the Week 11 win over the Seahawks and was unable to return despite being back on the sideline and testing it out. It's unclear if Kupp will be able to play Sunday against the Cardinals.
