ImpactAllen has played only once in the Canadiens' last five games, giving up five goals on 44 shots in a 5-2 loss in Boston on Nov. 18. Overall, the 33-year-old netminder is 3-4-1 with a 3.54 GAA and .907 save percentage. The Kings are averaging 4.00 goals per game, second-best in the NHL.

Filip Zadina - Not playing SaturdayZadina (upper body) will be out of the lineup versus Vancouver on Saturday, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ImpactZadina left Friday's game in the first period and he did not return. Zadina has been playing with the nagging injury for a while and it came to an apex Friday. He has three goals and five points in 20 games in his first season with the Sharks after playing five seasons in Detroit.

ImpactKahkonen has struggled all season, going 1-6-0 with a 4.30 GAA and .887 save percentage. Kahkonen was pulled after the first period Wednesday as he gave up four goals on 17 shots in a 7-1 loss in Seattle. The Canucks lead the NHL in scoring, averaging 4.05 goals per game.

Joel Armia - Recalled from LavalThe Canadiens recalled Armia from AHL Laval on Friday.
ImpactArmia will join the Canadiens in time for the team's Saturday afternoon game in Los Angeles against the Kings. In a corresponding move, Montreal placed Arber Xhekaj (upper body) on injured reserve, retroactive to Nov. 16. Armia, who was recently loaned to Laval on Nov. 12, has six goals and three assists over eight games for the Rocket. He also has one goal in six outings for Montreal in 2023-24.
