Efficient performance in start Gafford notched 17 points (8-9 FG, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block across 29 minutes during Friday's 157-153 double-overtime loss to the Spurs. Impact Gafford was back in the starting lineup Friday and scored his most points since Jan. 1. The big man missed five straight contests due to COVID-19 protocols at the beginning of February, but he was able to suit up for Washington's final contest before the All-Star break, though he came off the bench for a second straight appearance. Thomas Bryant was dealing with an ankle injury before Friday's contest but was ultimately ruled available. However, he came off the bench for the first time since Jan. 25 and played just 15 minutes. Fantasy managers will want to monitor how coach Wes Unseld distributes minutes amongst his centers, but as long as they are both healthy, they'll likely hinder each other's overall potential.
